Prepaid Orders Only
We only accept prepaid orders. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.

Processing Time

• Standard processing time: 2–5 days.

Shipping Time

• Shipping may take 7-10 days to reach you, even if the order is processed the next day.
• Once dispatched, the order is handed over to the courier partner and delivery is subject to their responsibility.
• Delivery within Indore usually takes a maximum of 2–3 days after dispatch.

Accurate Address Required & Refund / Resend Policy

• Please provide the correct address and phone number.
• If the parcel is returned due to incorrect details:
  • You may choose refund (amount will be refunded after deducting the delivery charges)
  • Or resend (delivery charges for resending will be extra)

Prepaid Orders Cannot Be Cancelled
Once placed, prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.

No Return & Refund Policy

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of damaged products.
• For damaged items, an opening video is mandatory to process a refund.

Out of Stock Refunds

• In rare cases, if your order is successfully booked but becomes out of stock due to any reason, we will refund the full amount.
• You will not face any inconvenience in such cases.
